“What I liked: This is a really nice motel. The property is well maintained and pleasing to the eye. Check in was relatively easy. Our room was very clean with very comfy beds. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker is a must for us and they did not disappoint.Most amenities are within a 3-5 minute drive. “Good location, right off the highway”

“We had booked a hotel for one of our staff who wouldn't be checking in until late (after 2am) - we let the hotel know this. When he got there, the room they had for him had a leak in the washroom and they had not alternative room he could stay in, so he was forced to drive home, which is a 3.5 hour trip (after working a 12+ hour day). This is completely unacceptable and very dissapointing. The hotel should always have 1 or 2 rooms available as back up in case of emergencies.”

“We really enjoy staying here - the rooms are always clean and comfortable. All the staff are great to deal with ! We really like Arthur’s pub and never had a bad meal!! We like the pool for cooling off. There is lots of free parking. This visit I had inadvertently booked the room style of room . The On Duty Manager gave us a free upgrade to a much more suitable room !! We really appreciated it That’s why when we are in Cobourg we will stay here !!😊”

“Not what I was expecting. It is basically a room in someone’s basement. I could hear them walking above me and the water running from the pipes. Although the property was cute, the room was very clean and hearing the rooster in the morning was lovely. ”
