“Breakfast was decent ”

“The bed was so soft that I thought I was going to be swollowed up. The breakfast had stale bagels, no cereal, and no coffee. During check in the front desk tried to charge me for 2 extra adults and I had to explain to her that these are my 15 and 11 year old boys and they are added to the reservation as kids. She was going to argue with me when I told her they are tall but still kids. ”

“I was disappointed in the house keeping, old bagels for breakfast, old oat meal that they just added water to, to bring it back to life which made it soupy. My room, the chair had dried substance on that was easy to remove they just didn’t try, the floor had dried food in multiple areas, the back of the office chair had something on it that was also easy to remove but no attempt from the staff.
