“This was an amazing castle! Everything was so beautiful. From the architecture, to the fountain in the courtyard (with lights at night), to the canopy bed, fancy bay window, and chandelier in our bedroom. Incredible! The staff was so friendly and attentive, and the food was good, as well. ”

“Beautiful place, with excellent staff. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going. The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding. The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest. We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.”

“A very nice place to relax and just be. Run by very nice people who were always helpful and friendly. Great pizzas on offer were a real bonus, as we're firepits and wood being available. Will most likely be back in future. ”

“Perfect little bolt hole with lovely countryside views. Ideally posiitoned for walks in the forest (5 minute walk from the door to the forest) and down to Symmonds Yat. Paul was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was super clean in the 'pigsty'. Definitely a funky place to stay. Would definitely go again!”
