“Siamo arrivati alla sera. Abbiamo sbagliato ad impostare il tom tom .abbiamo messo un paese vicino ma perche era scritto così nell'indirizzo. Un disastro. Però un signore in macchina vi ha accompagnati all'albergo! Tutto il bene di questo mondo a questo signore. Poi il colmo erano le ore 20 e loro non davano più la cena. Insomma siamo andati a letto on un tè e biscotti. Comunque poi alla fin tutto bene. Albergo un po lontano da Stansted.”

“We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. All fine except the shower temperature knob was stuck on "burning hot" and when I reported it to reception upon checking out I was told.. "it's the customers' fault, they keep forcing the knobs out".
