“Cody was the best host and responded immediately to all of our messages. The cabin was quiet and private with the exception of a bear who visited daily, hundreds of beautiful hummingbirds who came right up to us on the deck, a shy fox who snuck through the property, gorgeous views and a relaxing hot tub. Overall loved it and you just won't find a nicer and more attentive host!!”

“The cabin was just lovely! It was super clean, very well cared for, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The views from the cabin are beautiful, too. And the hot tub! It honestly has to be one of the best I’ve ever been in. The jets hit your shoulders, back, and legs in all the right places—who needs to go to a spa? The host was spot-on with communication and shared helpful information and recommendations for hikes and things to do in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely...

“The space was lovely! The river was beautiful, the porch was nice. And we really enjoyed seeing all the animals on the property! There were minor cleaning issues but nothing major. I highly recommend bringing your own filtered water! The tap water taste was quite unpleasant so we ended up running to Maverick to get filtered water.”

“The Juniper Retreat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. A little tight for three mature women but for a couple it would be perfect. The views from the drive in and the back patio area are spectacular. The location was perfect for our visit to Marion Bells and Aspen. David is a great host who gives excellent directions and responds quickly to inquiries and suggestions. I would not hesitate to book here again.”

“Great location at Powderhorn. Super clean home. It has everything you need. We were here for Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals. The coaches stayed here. The kids were down in a nice house near Mesa. This cabin has nice beds, Nice gas stove. Big wrap around deck. Nothing negative to say.”

“Loved our stay at Lavender Lodge. Was the perfect space for our family of 3. Nice location, close to everything but a nice quiet spot. Enjoyed sitting outside listening to the river and even got to see a black bear walk by.Host was great to communicate with, kitchen had everything we needed and beds were incredibly comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area”

“The property was good! Right by the Colorado river; nice if you want to sit and read outside. The only commentary I have is that the place has one window a/c unit, so it takes a while to cool down if the door is opened and closed a lot.”

“Amazing spacious property with beautiful scenic views in all directions of the property! We had 8 of us staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. All of the amenities were there for family meals (pots, pans, dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, etc), lots of options for outdoor sitting areas, and my sister and I enjoyed morning walks along the road leading to the property.
