“Rooms are very basic. Has what you need, but nothing fancy. No carpet, only hard surface (tile or vinyl). The Air Conditioner sounded like a lawn mower when it turned on. There is /was a restaurant and bar there, but it was closed the whole time. There is 1 vending machine (lobby). The “continental breakfast” was bagels and pastries and some fruit. “Molto bene. Comodo ed efficiente”

“The hotel is very new an decorated beautifully! It's located right off Dupont Circle next to tons of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The room was perfect, with a large bathroom and plenty of space. The front desk team were exceptional. We were a big (fatigued from traveling) group with a lot of special requests over a 5 day stay. Johnnie and Kaejah went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend the Sixty!”

“This place was difficult to find. We had some issues while staying there. The white blanket had old blood on it, we were on second floor and the trash room was making awful noise all night on our first night there, and the microwave didn't work. Other than that this place was a nice and secure place to stay, close to metro and staff were courteous. ”
