Hotel a Collina del Porto

“Our experience overall was great. We felt that the staff at breakfast could have been more engaging when she was asked a question. While your staff was cleaning up from breakfast, my husband politely asked if he could get a cup for a coffee and although she did get him a cup, to which he politely thanked her , she did not even respond with a word to either of my husband’s kind gestures of appreciation.”

“I liked it because of the accessibility but before I checked out the water heater broke so I don’t get to shower before I leave”

“X”

“Our room was extremely clean and had no issues. Staff was extremely friendly during the check in process, parking was free and readily available. I was travelling with a competitive swimmer and two lifeguards, but the pool smelled so strongly of chlorine we could not stand to be on the pool deck. Breakfast was awful, baked goods were soggy, hot foods were cold, and the yogurt was nearly expired. As someone with a food allergy - this was not a safe and accessible option for us to have breakfast...

“Great stay, would stay here again.”

“Beautiful first impression driving in through the fall trees on the way in. Was given a free upgrade to corner suite over golf course. Musky smelling, sink didn't drain, kleenex box empty, windows all smeared and foggy not what I expected for a resort on our anniversary trip around pei”

“Very peaceful setting, beautiful grounds well maintained, but no heat in our room the 2 nights we stayed, asked about it twice but still no heat, maybe next time we will only stay there in the warmer weather.”

“Calvin was very clean but the microwave was very very dirty.”
