Un gateway perfetto per il weekend!

Questa spaziosa casa di oltre 2400 mq si affaccia sul centro di Grafton e sulla confluenza dei fiumi Mississippi e Illinois. Ospita gruppi più numerosi offrendo due camere matrimoniali (con bagno privato) e una camera da letto con bagno dall'altra parte del corridoio. Una grande sala frontale e una zona salotto al piano superiore offrono una vista spettacolare sui fiumi. All'esterno c'è un ponte e un'area salotto coperta per godersi la stessa vista panoramica. Vicino alle attrazioni della zona The Loading Dock, Grafton Winery, Aries Winery, Raging Rivers, Brussels Ferry, piste ciclabili e Pierre Marquette State Park.

Our stay for a girls weekend getaway was perfect. The house is immaculately clean, perfectly located and so cute. The set up is perfect for a large group. We had 7 women and there was plenty of sleeping space and mirrors for getting ready in the morning! I will definitely stay here again! The host was quick to answer any silly questions we had about hair dryers or anything else too.

We had 4 generations of our family here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for interacting. Loved the big dining room table with seating for 8 (more when you add the available chairs throughout the house)!! Cooking equipment we felt was somewhat limited: One 6-7 qt. slow cooker, 2-slice toaster, and outdoor charcoal grill and basic pots and pans. (Did not find a lid cover for the largest skillet we used.) Dinnerware with service for 12 and the abundance of drinking glasses was great!! The steep hill was wonderful for viewing the Mississippi River traffic, but somewhat intimidating for us flatlanders (and the oldest generation) to climb and drive on.

My friends and I had a fabulous stay in Grafton. The house is well located and has beautiful views of the rivers. We talked about doing another weekend at the same house in the future!

Had a great weekend in Grafton. Met friends to run the trail run in Pere Marquette then did the Santa Pub Crawl. The house was awesome with a great location for all the activities in Grafton. Planning on coming back next year!

Second year we have stayed and as before, just awesome! Only thing is, it is at top of vert steep hill, so make sure you have good climbing shoes!

As usual, we were very pleased with this property. My only suggestion is for better lighting over the main table in the dining room. We always bring puzzles and when sun sets it is challenging to work the puzzle at this table

We had girls weekend and chose this property due to it having three bathrooms...the property was so much more than we expected. The view is amazing, there are two outdoor areas to enjoy, the inside of the house fit us perfectly. The bedrooms had ample space, three bathrooms, a huge kitchen and the wonderful dining table that everyone could fit around. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. We shopped, ate, enjoyed cocktails and the live entertainment all day! The owners were quick to respond to questions and have a detailed binder that left no question unanswered for our stay. Small things they provided also were a great addition to our trip, coffee, hot cocoa, creamer, sugar and my favorite, good hand soap. WE will be staying again and recommending this place to our friends and family!

The property managers were great. It was our first time renting a house for our family girls' night and it was absolutely perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely have to rent this one again. Thank you!

Beautiful place to have a wonderful getaway with friends or family. Great accommodations for party of 8, clean, comfy beds, decor awesome. Everything you need to cook your meals. In walking distance from bars and restaurants. Can't wait to do it again
