There was $hit smeared all over the public restroom in the lobby and when we asked if there was another restroom the kids could use and explained the situation the girl at the desk simply said NO thats thebonlynone we have and showed no concern for the cleanliness/ public health hazard of their hotel”

“I want to start by saying the front desk team was kind and welcoming. The woman who checked us in went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, offering bottled water and snacks, which we appreciated. She handled a difficult situation at check-in with professionalism. That said, there were several concerns during our stay.
