"Hyatt was nice. Located across the street from a brewery. Hotel had a convention center attached. Breakfast is normal.. have stayed here twice. A little of a drive from downtown but free parking, closer to outlets. Have had two different bathrooms. One had a double shower head, another leaked from ..."

"I have stayed here before. This time there were slight issues (room missing housekeeping items and TV with no power), but the staff was quick to move me to another room and my stay went without any further hiccups."

"The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - ..."
