Quiet on the edge of the Collioure vineyards and close to hiking trails, spacious F2 bis apartment equipped for 4 people, consisting of a separate kitchen with microwave and electric hob, a living room opening onto a large veranda with bay windows, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed (140 cm bed), a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilets. A very beautiful and large west-facing terrace which has a fixed parasol to shade the veranda as well as part of the terrace so that you can make the most of it. A private parking space for your vehicle and air conditionning (3 splits). Small animals accepted (flea collar desired).

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

A pet, equipped with an anti-flea collar, is welcome: an additional 18€ per week will apply for their stay.

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
