“Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. “The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. I asked one of the staff to reduce the amount of chlorine but she just said its not my job. She looked like the cleaner. The lady at the spa Danielle was just great. She...

“It was as I imagined. Cozy, charming, and comfortable. Even without AC in the room we were provided with fans to help with the heat and it was cool at night to sleep. The restaurant had great food for both diner and breakfast. I would recommend if you are looking for an overnight stay.”

“Relaxed dining in the bar, plus option to eat in the more formal dining room. Good outside table area. Great relaxing lounge with comfortable chairs and attentive staff. This an older character building with some very interesting features, but is reasonably well maintained. Have now stayed here four times and will definitely be returning.”

“Very tatty at the back of the hotel was not fully open and it was an Indian restaurant. No breakfast. There was a toilet roll in the bathroom which was soiled on the side would not stay there again.”
