Grazioso hotel in centro città, ben arredato, comodo e in posizione strategica per spostarsi in quanto ha la fermata della metro a pochissimi passi.

Hotel in posizione eccezionale. Dispone di tutti confort necessari. Camera molto pulita. Ottimo Wi-Fi gratuito. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

ottimo hotel per la categoria a 20 metri dalla zona pedonale comodissimo per tutto camere pulite e curate staff gentile e disponibile. bagno con doccia 90x120 nonostante fosse una singola. ci tornerei

Top gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Kölner Innenstadt. Ist vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß gut erreichbar, aber auch mit den Öffis gut erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-in und sehr freundliches Personal.

Good location
Eventhough i am gold member when i arrived at 12.30, the receptionist man told me that i can't check n before 3.00 pm. He didnt even check if there are available rooms. I believe there were. Location is very center. heting system didnt work properly but i asked the reception they just changed settings of heater. so it started to heat up. Expedia and the hotel gave me different invoice amounts.

Sehr freundliches Hotelteam mit stets offenem Ohr für Fragen zum Parken, Umgebung etc. Die Zimmer waren, wie beschrieben klein, aber sehr sauber und in top Zustand. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut; am Einfang der Hohe Strasse - Beginn der Fussgängerzone. Kann das Hotel bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Great Location...quirky property.
The location of this hotel is great for the Christmas Markets...close to practically all of them! It was also close to shopping, bakeries, and nightlife! BUT...the hotel was a bit quirky. When booking this space I believe it was listed as 4 star...it definitely was not. Practicing a form of eco-friendliness, you receive 1 towel in the bathroom for 2 days and the rooms aren't serviced until after 48 hours. The bathroom was a tight space...a little bigger than a camper bathroom. As others of have said, there are no outlets near the bed to charge anything at night but if you know that in advance you can adapt. Unlike other reviews, I found the staff very friendly and helpful at managing requests/answering questions, and I never ran out of hot water in the shower. The Saturday price was 2.5-3 times as much as the Sunday-Wednesday. Given the time of year I guess that's understandable but I certainly wouldn't pay that again to stay there. This property wasn't horrible (I've stayed in worse) but I would select a different hotel in the future when visiting the city.

The only characteristic for a 4-star hotel of this property is its price. I can't believe this is an Expedia VIP property, really feels like three-star hotel from the FRG times. *Check-in: the self-check kiosk asked me to pay my reservation in order to complete the process, despite the fact the my booking was prepaid through expedia. I needed to ask for refund at the reception desk. I got my money back immediately, but still it was not a nice experience at all. *Rooms: small but rather clean. No kettle or even a drinking glass. The glass door of the shower was leaking and after I took a shower the floor was flooded. The floor towel did not help. *Expedia perks: At the time I made my reservation, and being a platinum Expedia member, I was promised a bottle of sparkling wine at check-in, plus a free access to hotel's swimming pool. After I asked for the wine, it was delivered to my room; still, no access to the pool was given. *Breakfast was the most disappointing thing. The website of the hotel says that on Sat and Sun the breakfast is served till 11:30, but I was denied access at exactly 11:00 by the staff in the breakfast area. I managed to get to the coffee machine and to make an espresso, but was asked to leave. I reported that immediately to the hotel's reception, and the lady working there politely said that the behavior of her colleagues wasn't professional. Still, I did not get even an apology of any sort.

Best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Extremely clean, quiet, and very conveniently located at the airport. Unfortunately the hot tubs weren’t working while I was there, but it was still a great stay. They provide body wash and lotion in the bathrooms as well as hairdryers. On your bed you are given a towel, pillow, blanket, and ear plugs. They don’t provide an amenity kit, shower bag, or slippers for the shower though so bring your own. The facilities are very clean and well decorated. There is a bar/ cafe area where you can purchase sandwiches, breakfast (oatmeal/ cereal, croissants, yogurt) and drinks. Nothing is free though Switzerland is expensive so be prepared for that. Overall a great stay but my only complaint is that if you are on a top bunk and want to switch to a bottom bunk, they will charge you $5CF.

Das Bad hätte sauberer sein können. Es war ein Wasserkocher und Tee versprochen, aber nicht vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ziemlich laut, aber die Fenster gut.

Volvería por su buena ubicación. Check-in sin explicación ni bienvenida, que es lo básico para una persona que trabaja en recepción hotelera. Por experiencia se debe dar algo más de información que el número de habitación y la planta en la que se encuentra. El hotel no está bien mantenido para su categoria. Servicio de limpieza mejorable. En la habitación encuentras varias zonas con una capa de polvo importante y manchas en la maqueta, la puerta o azulejos del baño por cambiar...

Als würde man in einer japanischen 2 qm Schlafbox aus älterem Plastik übernachten. Und die Anmeldung am Hotel erfolgte ohne Mitarbeiter draußen vor dem Hotel, wobei man über ein Terminal vor der Tür sämtliche Personen bezogenen Daten eingeben muss die dort z T in extra großen Buchstaben und Zahlen auf einem Monitor noch mal abgebildet werden, inkl Zimmernr und Ausweisdaten hahaha. Unfassbar.

Kamerupgrade gehad maar geen glazen op kamer. Geen mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. Toen we daar iets over zeiden kreeg ik als antwoord. Dat zit er niet bij. Suite zonder iets??? Op foto’s wel waterkoker en koffieautomaat. Uiteindelijk mocht ik kop koffie bij ontbijt weg halen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt vor dem Kaufhof …also Shopping vor der Tür und super zentral ob zum Heumarkt,Alter Markt ,Dom alles schnell fussläufig zu erreichen !Top Lage ! Sehr nettes freundliches Personal am Empfang 👍Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch das Tiny Kölch Zimmer super schön !

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit dunklen Zimmern
Das Hotel hat eine excellente Lage am Heumarkt und hat dafür ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die dunklen Zimmer muss man mögen, aber man hört in der Nacht fast gar nichts von draußen. Ein wenig blöd ist, dass das Schwimmbad nicht im Gebäude selbst ist, sondern mit dem Fitnesstudio beim Kooperationspartner. Ich hätte mir eventuell eine Minibar gewünscht, obwohl der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke ist. Aber für einen Städtetrip ideal!

No breakfast and lack of info
This was not a great hotel. When we arrived, we were told that the breakfast was not going to be served at all during our stay, and they could not even offer coffee. This should have been communicated in advance. We were also supposed to get a complementary bottle of wine, but we never recieved anything. Staff was ok, but not super helpful. All e-mail communication and information prior to our stay was in german with no translation, which was pretty annoying. All in all, when we paid this much, we would expect a much higher standard.

The room had a strong cigarette smell, I've found hair at several places, the bathtub wasn't properly cleaned, towels stained. It's truly baffling to book a 4* hotel, pay for a premium suite and find the room at this condition. Even though the service was nice and friendly, it does not make up for the filthy cleaning standards.
