Service, room, and breakfast were very good. Ms. Gunther was fantastic and a valuable asset to the organization. My only complaint was the temperature in the rooms. There was no central air and i just assumed this when booking. Europe benefits a lot from U.S. tourists. They need to do something about this for higher temperatures.

Very cute hotel, perfectly functional room
Fun and funky hotel, very friendly reception and breakfast staff. The room (medium) was on the small side for 2 but perfectly functional, and thankfully had a ceiling fan which was a saving grace for a warm night. The hotel is on a main street which was a bit noisy, but the window shut out most of the din (aided by the white noise of the fan). Elevator is small, 2 of us barely fit with bags. My only complaint was the price but it was a high demand weekend so all hotels had high rates. I would stay here again.

Nettes kleines Hotel in Zentraler Lage. Empfang war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war im Untergeschoss. Der Weg dorthin erinnert an eine WG und war wirklich hübsch gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht und zweckmäßig. Leider war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Man hat jeden Gast im Flur und auf dem Weg von/zur Garage gehört. Außerdem empfand ich den Geruch im Zimmer unangenehm was aber von der Klimaanlage kommen kann. Alles in allem würde ich keins der Zimmer im Untergeschoss mehr nehmen.

Lieber Gast,Sie haben die Zimmerkategorie M gebucht und hätten auch andere Zimmergrößen buchen können, die größer sind. Die Größe des Zimmers steht bei dem jeweiligen Zimmertypen immer mit dabei. Die Zimmer sind sicherlich nicht überteuert gewesen, da wir eine große Messe in Köln hatten und andere Hotels weitaus teurere Preise für die Zeit genommen haben.

Hatte ein Zimmer im Keller mit Milchglas zur Hauptstraße, wo nachts Betrunkene einem gegen das Fenster pinkeln. Extrem laut. Der Boden auf dem das Bett stand war so schräg dass man nach und nach aus dem Bett rutscht. Es wurden in 2 Tage weder Bett gemacht noch Handtücher gewechselt. 18€ für einen Parkplatz. Eines der SCHLECHTESTEN Hotels in dem ich je war

Lieber Gast,bei der Anreise wurde Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage aufgrund der Liebe zur Umwelt gereinigt werden. Sie haben bei der Anreise nicht gesagt, dass Sie dies nicht wünschen noch haben Sie während des Aufenthalts sich geäußert, dass Sie neue Handtücher benötigen. Zum dem Zimmer selbst, was nicht im Keller liegt, können wir uns für die unangenehme Situation nur entschuldigen. Jedoch verstehen wir nicht wieso Sie dies uns nicht mitgeteilt haben? Unsere oberste Priorität ist die Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste und wir können nur reagieren und Dinge verbessern wenn man uns dies mitteilt. Im Nachhinein können wir dies nicht mehr. Schade, dass Sie uns nicht die Chance gegeben haben Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Gerne hätten wir Ihnen ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.18 für einen Parkplatz in der Innenstadt ist ziemlich günstig wo Sie doch in anderen Parkhäusern tatsächlich 30,00 bezahlen müssen. Diesen Krritikpunkt können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

I got the wrong room and they could not do anything to give me my room. There was someone of the staff that was very rude to me and my friend (though there was also other nice staff). He stalked us in the basement, the door of my room has been unlocked. I felt very uncomfortable that night.

Es ist brutal laut im Zimmer wenn jemand im Flur ist, liegt womöglich auch mit daran das nichtmal Teppiche auf dem Flur liegen. Und die Türen sind auch nicht Schallisoliert. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Bett steht direkt unter den Fenster da zog es ganz schön rein. Trotz Zimmer auf der Vorderseite kaum Krach von außen wahrzunehmen. Da war ein Lüftungsschacht im Zimmer durch diesen konnte man von irgendwo her Leute reden hören und immer wieder mal ein lautes Lüftungsgereuch wahrnehmen , das war super nervig ich musste meinen Koffer davor stellen damit wurde es dann leiser. Dieses Hotel ist trotz super Lage nicht mein Favorit.

The hotel entrance door is locked on Sunday evening and to open that you need a code which is given Sunday morning only and not before! Sweeping the floor and changing sheets are not included in room cleaning and it happens every 5 days of stay.

Sorry to heat it. It means we are only Sunday night not at the reception. That has no inflence for you. We cleaning ( see Check in Information) every second day.
