“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our original room had a severe mosquito problem, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We were forced to switch rooms around 11:00 PM, which was especially difficult because we were traveling with our 6-month-old baby and had to move all of our belongings late at night.
The second room was also not properly stocked. It was missing basic amenities like shampoo and soap, which added to the frustration.

“Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este lugar, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con nuestra reserva de Expedia, lo resolvieron muy bien ofreciéndonos un apartamento completo en la segunda planta, amplio, cómodo y con cocina equipada y baño privado !
La atención fue muy buena y siempre fueron muy amables. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, ideal para parejas o familias, con acceso a naturaleza, río y cataratas cercanas.

“This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment.
Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all.
