“The room was very clean , the beds were supper comfy . And the person who checked us in was really helpful . We didn’t realize there wasent a couch in our room witch we where going to use for one of our kids to sleep on and we only had a queen room so a roll away was not an option. The front desk attendant made sure we had enough pillows and blankets as my little one doesn’t mind at all sleeping on the floor . Overall fanstastic stay . We will recommend it to family and friends ”

“We had to use a late check in so we called ahead and spoke to Samy who was very reassuring that we were okay. When we arrived she was so pleasant, smiling, greeted us right away. The next morning we noticed she was there working on the breakfast, still smiling and pleasant. At check-out she thanked us for our stay, calling us by name at every interaction. I would stay again simply to say hello to Samy again. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. ”

“I was not pleased to find out they were doing renovations when I arrived. Construction workers were using same elevator as guest. I understand dirty floors due to Construction. But the elevator had dirt on the walls and floor. It didnt bother me to much as I wasn't there most of the time. On my last night woke up to an ant crawling across my pillow. Also the morning of me checking out I had taken some of my things down and came back for the rest the maid had opened my door and left it propped...

“The staff was all friendly! The new Renovations done to the rooms are amazing! I've noticed a huge change on the property from last year to now. I stayed there a couple nights last year and recently just stayed there and I noticed a huge change from now till then! 👍”
