“Property needs some love. Basically clean, but needs some focus attention to detail beyond sheets, sink and toilet. Inside smells a little musty. Outside does not feel safe, but it probably is. Area seems a little run down. Did have a noisy, late night party in parking lot next door that got quiet quickly after notifying front desk.”
