“Breakfast with horrible they picked up the room, but did not make up the beds. They put a dirty rug in the restroom to be reused instead of clean one. There’s no telephone in the room to call downstairs very disappointing.”

“We got there Friday evening to check in and went up to our room and it was 79° in our room. The thermostat was set to 70 we notified the staff. They were not able to find us another room because apparently the hotel was booked and they could not find a box fan or any other way to accommodate us. We had to end up, leaving our hotel that next day because it still had not cooled off and was still 79° and even hotter in the hallway and hotel.”
