Gorgeous & newly painted this spring inside and out, this Modern Farmhouse is large enough for 14 friends or family to join you to make vacation memories together. It sits on five private acres in the country but is close enough to dine at favorite area restaurants or bars in less than 15 minutes.

Once inside, you will find a gourmet kitchen large enough to cook for all of your family and friends with appliances and seating including:

** 8 gas burner cooktops
** Dual convection ovens and a warming drawer.
** Live edge dining room table with room to seat 8-12 people,
** A large breakfast bar for overflow seating.
** Additional folding chairs are available in the laundry room closet if needed.

Our past guests rave about the comfortable bedrooms which feature luxurious bedding and linens, and the serenity that sleeping in the country brings.

** The main-level master boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite 5-piece bath. The bath includes an oversized freestanding soaking tub and an enormous shower with two shower heads, including a 12" rain-head.
** Off the master, you'll find another room on the main level with two twin beds to accommodate small children or older adults who want to be on the main level.
** Upstairs, two additional bedrooms have incredibly comfortable queen-sized beds. The bedrooms share an enormous split 4-piece bathroom. The bathroom has two vanities separate from the shower and commode, so more significant groups of people may get ready simultaneously. The tub is also a large oversized soaking tub.

**The walkout basement will hopefully be fully finished by June 1st (verify if you need the sleeping space). This space has 10-foot ceilings and enough windows to make it feel like a 3rd level of the house, open and airy. It has been finished with the same high-quality finishes as the rest of the house. This area will add two more king-sized beds to the home. We know how much sleep matters on vacation so we will be purchasing only the best mattresses for your sleeping comfort. In addition to the bedrooms the space adds an additional bathroom. The shower has dual shower heads, including a rain-head and multiple body jets to make the shower feel like your personal spa.

Indoor entertainment can be found throughout the house with:

** The loft area upstairs offers a substantial 60-inch television and a comfortable LazyBoy leather dual-reclining couch.
** The basement game area will include a billiard table, ping-pong, darts, and televisions (after June 1st). We plan to purchase a rolling television cart that you can take outside to enjoy football, a movie, or your favorite sport from the firepit or hot tub area.
** The theater room has a dual reclining leather sofa from LazyBoy, a loveseat, and beanbags, pillows, and blankets for your personalized comfort.
** Enjoy your favorite tunes with a Sonos system piped throughout most of the home while enjoying the large selection of family indoor games or reading your favorite book.

Experience tons of outdoor enjoyment on the supersized deck, back patio, or front porch:

Each has either a gas or wood-burning fire pit.
** On the deck, you will find seating for 4-6 people around the outdoor table and an additional four around the firepit. Enjoy dinner under the stars with a natural gas 4-burner Weber grill with a side burner.
On the back patio, you will find:
Roasting sticks are available to make some s'mores or hot dogs around the natural fire pit.
** A large outdoor play area for you to enjoy games such as cornhole, croquet, or tossing the football around.
** A hot tub large enough for 8 of your favorite people.
