Really enjoyed our stay
The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did.

Great stay for the Grandparents
We were in town to meet our new Granddaughter. Pikes Peak View Suite was the perfect spot for Grandpa and Grammie to land in the evening after a busy day with the family. Bonnie is a most welcoming host. The view was beautiful and the accommodation was well appointed with all the comforts of home! Looking forward to staying again on our next visit to Colorado Springs

Beautiful and calming escape!
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property! It is very clear the care that has been taken by the hosts to maintain the property and create a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Apart from being so exceptionally clean and well furnished the location is great! It is close enough to the city while still getting the serenity of the mountains. The view is even better in person! Also, there are public mountain bike and hiking trails in walking distance! The communication was excellent and checkin and checkout was stress free!

Beautiful suite, amazing veiw, quiet neighborhood , great welcome pack and amenities
Blew my expectations out of the water. Fiancé and I went for our first vacations across the country to colorodo springs together. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, host had us right at home with all our streaming networks for the end of the night. Kurig cups and hot chocolate to get us going in the a.m. to watch the beautiful sunrise every monring and look at mountains from the porch. Pictures and little labels around the house made finding anything easy. Fireplace heater worked amazing. Slept better and more comfortably on the beds than my own at home. Shared thier guest journal about past guest stays, absolutely awesome, great way to add activities or find good spots from difference guest perspectives. Last day there we had 5 mule deer walk right below the porch for a final goodbye less than 10 feet away. Do not snooze on this one, it is a great place to stay

Inaccurate description
It should be required to state this is attached to and part of the owners home. We had no control over the thermostat. I communicated with Bonnie prior to the trip and never met her.

Perfect place for a quiet overnight or a weekend get away. Great location if you’re in town for business or pleasure. Gracious and generous hosts with an eye for the small things that make travel enjoyable and effortless.

Lovely house- first level apartment
Lovely neighborhood up in the hills. This is a first story of a grand house set into the hillside. So clean & spacious. Amazingly comfortable bed with high quality linens. Every creature comfort you could want/ need was anticipated & available. Bonnie even brought me tylenol for a headache!

Hidden Gem
Bonnie and Kelly are outstanding hosts with an eye for the small details that make stays away from home effortless and comfortable. I’ve stayed here many times over the last year. I’ve never been disappointed. Great location with an amazing view. Perfect for local vacation, quiet getaway, or if you’re have business in the area.

Bonnie and Kelly are awesome!!
The apartment/condo style Vrbo is awesome! Very spacious, has everything you need. Bonnie was very attentive to anything we needed and even got my son some children’s Tylenol for me when he got sick. The view is absolutely beautiful and we got to see deer a few times walking through the back yard. I highly recommend!!

Great place.
Roadtrip for anniversary with the wife. Place was in a great area near garden of the gods. Very private yet close to many places. Overall very cozy tv had all choices for entertainment. Definitely recommend to any one traveling to Colorado Springs.

Well appointed. These folks thought of everything!
It was lovely. Great location and very nice unit with an exceptional balcony view. The hosts went above and beyond to add little touches and details to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely stay with these hosts again when we visit Colorado Springs.

Much better than hotels for less $$
This “guest space” is a perfect & better alternative to a hotel/motel for these reasons: 1) cost is lower 2) very comfortable beds 3) host is kind, welcoming & available 4) snacks, coffee, tea included 5) clean & modern laundry with soap included 6) giant tv 7) “mini kitchen” with sink, medium size fridge & freezer with ice tray 8) spacious bath with luxurious towels, super hot water & huge rain shower head 10) QUIET…not a peep from neighbors 11) views of wooded valley…saw hot air balloon in distance…3 deer at base of deck…birds & bunnies 12) square feet is much more than typical hotel room 13) able to close bedroom door & living room door to minimize sound

Fantastic accommodations
This property was in a terrific location with beautiful views. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with snacks & coffee too. We were very happy to come back to the apartment after a full day of sightseeing to relax. Truly a “home away from home”!

Six Stars!
We've stayed at a number of VRBO properties over the years and this is one of the very best we've seen. Reasons why: (1) Spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were up-to-date and in very good condition (no thrift store cast-offs). (2) Our host Bonnie was very welcoming and ready to assist without intruding on our privacy. She met us when we arrived and when we first made the reservation she sent a helpful list of recommended things to do in the area. (3) The setting is beautiful, with a view of Pike's Peak in one direction and a view out over the town the other way - all from the deck which is perfectly located to catch evening breezes. The suite is very spacious - they could have easily put 2 bedrooms in it - so you don't feel at all crammed in. Overall a fantastic place to stay, I wish we lived closer so we could return soon!

Hiking home base
A nice location with everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and spacious, great bed and shower, and beautiful views from the balcony. We made our breakfasts and a dinner, shopped at a Trader Joe’s nearby as we started our week before heading into the mountains. Hiked Garden of the Gods, the Ute Trail near the suite, and two hikes in the North Cheyenne Cañon Mountain Park. Bonnie was accessible and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Wildlife getaway!
Beautiful, quiet, lots of deer. Ute Valley trail was easy to access, and beautiful. Garden of the gods trail is very close - very nice for daily walks.

Perfect Location, Great Property
This is a spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable accommodation. It is a great unit for a couple with young children, with two queen beds in the spacious bedroom. The mountain views from the living room and the balcony are spectacular. The neighborhood is beautiful and wonderful for walking. The northwest Colorado Springs location is central to the city's best attractions, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Most importantly, Bonnie and Kelly are welcoming and thoughtful hosts who make you feel welcome and have made their rental a great place to stay.

House off Garden of the Gods road
Bonnie and Kelly were great hosts. The accommodations were the best as we had the entire downstairs to ourselves. Included were 2 queen sized beds, a living room, dining, kitchen, and laundry room. Nothing was left undone. We'll stay with Bonnie and Kelly whenever we are in the area.

The Rental was amazing with a view of Pikes Peak from right outside door. It was clean. Well stocked with everything we needed: towels, snacks, and most importantly...coffee. The place was just what we needed for a quick get away.

Wonderful suite
Absolutely loved everything! Accommodations were over the top fantastic, and the hosts were very lovely. Mountain views were stunning. The incredible shower head should really be included in the listing. I’d come back for that alone! 10/10 can’t wait to come back!

Awesomeness
This place was incredible! Right off the main road going into all the action in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Totally stocked and more! Looks better than the picture. We were close to everything and lots of nice restaurants around.

Great Location 5 Stars
We stayed at a central location to go to Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge Train ride, Pikes Peak Cog train, and the Incline. It was the perfect location to use as a base. The accommodations were very spacious and beautiful views. There are so many extras she has included to be named. The bedding was so soft and the beds very comfortable. We look forward to staying again on our next trip to the Colorado Springs area.

Great Place in a Great Neighborhood
Honestly, it was even better than i expected. The online pictures do not do this place justice. I really enjoyed my stay at this suite. Bonnie was an excellent host. The place was clean and well stocked with essentials (I'll pack lighter next time lol). I'll definitely be staying there again. PS The shower is excellent!
