Leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Dafür aber die deutschsprachige Verwalterin, die ebenso toll und zugewandt war. Auch war sie immer unproblematisch erreichbar. Sogar als wir wegen Erkrankung unserer Tochter später anreisen mussten, waren wir mit viel Verständnis immer in Kontakt. Vielen Dank...

“Das Ferienhaus „Villa Archi“ liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Colico, ein Stück weit oberhalb des Sees. Das Haus ist sehr gross, in hervorragendem Zustand, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist charmant und hilfsbereit und die Villa teilt sich mit seinem Haus einen parkähnlichen Garten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und werden sicher versuchen, dieses Haus erneut zu mieten.”

“Sehr schöne Wohnung im Untergeschoss, handwerklich alles sehr hochwertig ausgeführt und sehr sauber. Genialer Ausblick. Unsichere Autofahrer werden sich bei der Anfahrt über die Serpentinenstrasse und dem Einparken schwertun,.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, alles völlig problemlos.”

“Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

“This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!”
