“While the hotel offers fairly basic amenities, the kind staff and impeccable cleanliness more than make up for it. Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. I was rushing to leave at 7:30 am. and my driver was already waiting, so the staff kindly let me take my coffee in one of their porcelain mugs to go. Such a thoughtful gesture meant a lot. The hotel is also within walking distance of the main park and the old town. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily stay here...

“Sinceramente deludente per un albergo che vanta a Baia Mare un nome e servizio superiore alla media .... !? In camera ho trovato i residui della lavorazione di lavori da elettricista .... Una lampadina della luce principale principale non funzionava. In camera si sentivano rumori disdicevoli delle stanze vicine La televisione riceveva pochi canali e nessuno italiano. La colazione aveva da subito poche pietanze disponibili e senza un servizio adeguato. La camera dopo una notte non è stata pulita...

“El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Desde que llegas el personal es muy cálido. Nos recibieron con una botella de champán y chocolates en el cuarto porque es nuestro aniversario. El desayuno te preparan huecos al gusto y muy rápido. Seguro tegresaba”

“Todo excelente, solo faltaba aire acondicionado. Nosotros fuimos en verano, pero en caso de invierno no hay calefacción.”
