Staff & maintenance; ‘Simply - ‘barge in unannounced’ . I was standing naked. On one occasion. Cigarette smoke permeated through the entire establishment. Worth paying extra elsewhere for own Pvt amenities . Stairs only; terrible anyone else’s chronic pain. Upstairs resident continues dropping metal ball onto floor without carpeting. Best to seek alternative accommodation . Only positive was I rescued a white faced heron tangled up in ( wild birds TRAP ) ; mesh next door. Handed to WIRES , So Harry or Harriet heron, got a 2nd life. Must be mere days from being re-released to the wild. Had to be there to avoid a slow agonising death. You fly on elsewhere as she’s going to do next time
