“Stayed 4 nights with family of 5 and housekeeping only came once to clean our room throughout our entire stay. Very disappointing experience. Asked for linens to be changed after my daughter spilled ice cream on the bed and they literally dropped off new linens for me to make the bed myself after paying a very expensive amount for the stay. We found a bug in the bathroom on the checkout day. Never returning”

“The hotel is pretty old. One day during the breakfast my son requested the milk but the receptionist told him it was finished despite breakfast time was not. Hotel’s amenities description includes the pool but when we asked about it they said that there was no pool at all. We got very disappointed because our hotel choice was based on the inclusion of the pool.”

“The bathroom was too small. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner at the sink as well as no body lotion. The staff was great. They were sweet and made us feel welcomed.”

“I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that.”

“The rooms need to be updated. My rooms carpet was old. The bathroom tubs faucet was very loose and could come off. The hallways carpets were dingy. The staff was very nice.”

“The staff is amazing and so helpful. I truly wish the pool were open especially during this heat wave ! The parking is easy and accessible. Really feel great about this hotel!”
