This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! ”

“Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. “This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”
