“Breakfast ok.”

“The window leaked so badly during a rain storm, it took 3 bath towel to soak up all the water. At almost midnight staff were bringing towels to us to clean up water. Floor in room was dirty, sticky. Black hair in shower. Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 staff was cleaning and putting away items by 9:15 and asking guest to move out of the way. All ice machines were not working. The website and in-room materials falsely advertise a on-site bar and restaurant that has been closed for months....

“The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in was simple. After traveling all day, we were ready to check-in and have a delicious dinner before settling in for the night. The person at the front desk recommended a Mexican restaurant that was within walking distance, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Convenient parking. Would stay there again. ”
