“From the minute we stepped in to the lobby, the Sleep Inn in Columbus, Nebraska was a joy to experience. The lobby and adjoining sitting room were well-cared for and beautifully appointed. Tami, at the front desk, was over-the-top helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and inviting. The coverlet on the bed looked like new, and the bed was comfortable. “new management is trying to revive the property, but it has a long way to go”

“Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain.”
