Conference at Columbus Convention Center
My adult son and I are professional engineers who attended the steel conference (AISTech) at the Columbus Convention Center. We had wanted to stay in something other than a 'regular hotel' and in this regard, this place worked quite well. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms were large and one had a very nice desk for working on. The rest of the house... living room, kitchen and bathroom were fine as well although we spent so much time at the conference that we barely were at the house other than for sleeping. We never had a problem finding parking right out front and the neighborhood (and inside the house) was quiet and conducive for a good sleeping... although there was evidence of homeless people on the street not too far away (however, this never was a problem and did not interfere with us).
The bathroom isn't fancy but it worked (although I did wonder where the exhaust fan was located). One strong suggestion for the owner is that the brickwork leading up to the front door be fixed up. We never had a problem but there is some unevenness so that there is a potential for someone to twist an ankle.
All in all when considering all the factors including cost and the convenience for driving daily to the convention center (10 minutes away), this place was a good choice and I'd stay here again.
