• Living Room: smart TV, comfy couch, sitting nook by the fireplace, ELECTRIC UNIT inside the fireplace for ambiance and three levels of warmth
• Dining Room: full dining area and serving bar
• Kitchen: full kitchen with stove/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher
• Bedroom 1: comfy queen bed, hypoallergenic bed cover, dresser, large closet, sitting area with electric unit fireplace, cell-phone charger unit
A Pack-N-Play is also available to set up. See pics!
• Bedroom 2: comfy queen bed, hypoallergenic bed cover, closet, cell-phone charger unit
• Bedroom 3: trundle bed with two twin mattresses, hypoallergenic bed cover, dresser
• Bathroom 1: full bathroom with tub and shower

• Outdoor: large front porch as well as private backyard

NOTE: attic and basement unavailable to guests at this time.
NO large gatherings/parties please. I'm close with my neighbors & this space is in a quiet residential setting.

-Westgate is a vintage Columbus neighborhood built back when each house was given it's own character and appeal. It is centrally located between highway access and downtown.
-We have a large driveway that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

Pleasant stay. Loved the neighborhood. Quiet, lovely, older with large trees. House was in good condition and very clean. Loved the large front porch. Air conditioning didn't work well upstairs, but fans were provided in the bedrooms. Host was very courteous. Easy to check in and out. Would stay again.

Our host Ralph was easily accessible and very responsive. Initially our code didn’t work to get in but I reached out to him and he responded within minutes. We were up visiting friends and the location to osu was perfect. About 15/20 minute ride. The house was as advertised and I would def stay again

Home with charm
