• Street parking is available for up to 1 vehicle where permitted around the building on a first come, first served basis. Please follow posted parking signs and local restrictions.
• No dedicated on-site parking space is included.

• This private studio is located within a building containing additional guest accommodations.
• The courtyard, outdoor seating, and on-site laundry facilities are shared with neighboring guests.
• The studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.

For guest and property security, the building is equipped with three exterior Ring security cameras:
• Camera 1: Located above the building's courtyard, monitoring the exterior walkways leading to the units and a portion of the street.
• Camera 2: Located on the building's left-side corner, monitoring exterior walkways and a portion of the street.
• Camera 3: Located on the building's right-side corner, monitoring exterior walkways and a portion of the street.
All cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the studio.
