Questa meravigliosa casa è stata completamente rinnovata! Con tutti i nuovi mobili, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui una stufa a gas, una TV LED da 50 "con Firestick e molto altro ancora! Situata in un angolo, la casa dispone di un ampio cortile con terrazza e patio. È a meno di un miglio dalla I-71 e 270, il che lo rende a pochi minuti dal centro, dal Great Columbus Convention Center, dall'Ohio Stadium, dal Polaris Parkway, dall'Easton Towne Center e molto altro ancora!

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

Host was very quick ti response if we had a question. The place was very clean and bed slept excellent A few thing that we felt the house needed more of. Were wash cloths. 12 ppl stayed and we didnt have enough wash cloths for everyone one. We did all our meals at the house. It would've been helpful if the kitchen was stocked a bit more. There were not dish cloths, tea towels, pot holders, foil, or plastic wrap.

Check in was a breeze. Host was easy to reach and communicate with. House was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We fit 10 people comfortably. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Pillow quality and quantity was not great, but it did not affect our overall stay

Good basic home for family get-together, kid-proof and dog-proof. The back yard isn't fenced, and the neighbors clearly don't like vacationers (a hostile sign points at the back yard). Kitchen barely suitable to cook in. Had to change some bulbs. Furniture is different from photos - more rugged chairs/bar stools. Landlord was kind enough to allow an early check in but it took several asks to get a response. Our grandkids are rambunctious so this was perfect for us.

Maybe ok for a one night stay, but I do not recommend for any longer. No working smoke detectors, no dustpan or vacuum, mold on bathtub, mold on ice dispenser, musty smell and dirty carpets. Listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual condition. It is not completely updated.

The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived. Miscommunication between the owner and cleaning crew apparently. The listing stated it will sleep 16 which is not true. The pillows were awful!!! We had to go out and buy all new pillows. They were so flat. House needs updated. Cleaning could have been better but I feel the cleaning people were trying to rush cause the guest before us had made a mess. The kitchen was nice and the overall floor plan was nice for all of us. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great.

We had a great stay! If you're visiting during the summer, I recommend bringing a fan or two for the upstairs area, as it can get a bit warm. Other than that, the process was smooth, and the experience was very nice.

Columbus weekend stay

We had a great stay in this property! The owner was in touch immediately after booking. It is in a nice neighborhood within minutes of gas stations, stores and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to almost anything you wanna do in Columbus. There was tons of room for our whole family with plenty of towels and linens for everyone. The host also stocked the unit with complimentary coffee, water and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Annual Christmas Shopping Trip

Weekend Stay

The property was in a neighborhood that was convenient to everything we needed. There was not enough linens, so we were fortunate that one family member could bring more linens. The house was clean, except previous people left ash tray and some garbage on deck. Neighbors were not friendly, but since it was cold it was no problem.We had fun thrifting and enjoyed the OSU game, except the team up North won.

Adequate, but far from perfect.

Beds were ok comfy. Futons were horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. Kitchen had the bare minimum, had to supplement with measuring cups / large bowl from the dollar store. Kitchen seating is metal chairs and stools, very uncomfortable. We made the mistake of lifting up a couch cushion when looking for a lost phone. DON'T make our mistake!! Cosmetic issues throughout - paint, molding, flooring, chipped paint in every room. Deck lounge chair is thrashed by prior renter. Nice neighborhood. Quiet and good location for our needs. Host communication was lacking. Right after check in i asked for late checkoit. Got no confirmation for 2 days, despite multiple times reaching out. I fonally texted that I was aisuming late checkout was ok. Cleaning crew showed up well before we were ready. Host asked me to wheel garbage bin to curb, because he wouldn'tbe able to make it over. No big deal. . . Plenty of towels and linens. of linens and towels fornour group
