- No smoking of any kind (weed, vapes, cigarettes), including on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed near the dumpsters. Guests will be charged if cigarette butts are found near the unit.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or unauthorized guests.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Guests must complete the online check-in form and rental agreement.
- Early check-in requests must be approved in advance. Do not send payment without confirmation.
- Turn off all LED lights before checkout.
- Remove all trash before checkout. Dumpsters are located left of the unit, then another left—straight ahead.
