Just a stone's throw from Zeno's bar, Katalina's Cafe, and Harrison's on Third!

The Space:
This townhouse located in Harrison West/German Village provides 4 finished floors of living space. This includes a finished basement with a large sleeping room and a living room. A main level with a large family room, kitchen, and half bath with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor, and an open concept top floor containing a queen bed, twin bed and futon. Private backyard, as well as a beautiful shared front porch. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the back for 1 car as well!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Arena District, Short North, and a short distance from Ohio State, this spacious condo provides plenty of room for family gatherings, football games, and nights out friends. Just a stones throw from Zeno's bar, Katalina's Cafe, and Harrison's on Third!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. Inaccurate description; unclean and in poor condition

This was by far my worst VRBO experience. The home was in very poor condition: holes in walls and doors; a door off its runner; a banister pulled out of the wall; water to rear of house not working; walls and carpets badly stained; pictures and TVs not hung up on the walls. We were shocked at the condition of the house and reviewed the pictures on VRBO again to see what we had missed, but the photos were very misleading. The property management company was responsive but was ultimately unable to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. I would not recommend staying in this home.

This is NOT a mansion! I’m not sure why it’s described that way. It is HALF of a duplex. The living room was nice. The kitchen oven had 3M tape all around it to make a seal. We tried to make some late night pizzas that took over an hour to cook bc something was broken in it. There was a hole in the kitchen ceiling. A dryer vent was weaved behind the toilet on the main floor. Carpet on steps was grossly stained. Bedroom on 3rd floor, when you first walk up, has no air conditioning. Windows on third floor were open when we arrived—-very hot outside! No central air in upper two levels. Basement smelled damp and had a broken closet door just dangling there. This house has college vibes written all over it. Backyard was pretty trashy, very unkept.
