Hello Maegan, I am so sorry that there was confusion surrounding your reservation.I also apologize that you felt the staff was not being polite to you, that is never acceptable. We strive to always be understanding, and to explain things to guests with respect and kindness. Unfortunately when you book with Expedia, the hotel cannot make any changes to the rate, dates of arrival or departure, including canceling the reservation in general without prior approval from Expedia.
