The property is worn out and not well maintained. There is a strong odor and they're using a harsh fragrance to cover the odor. Our room was dirty and unkept. We atayed but felt uncomfortable.

We’ve stayed at the property before and loved it. So, we decided to book again and the stay was awesome. Beautiful, clean, the staff nice, and overall quiet and comfortable.

Door had marks on it where someone had previously broken in. Shower was broke. Staff told us to “ sleep with a bat”. Ended up leaving and went to another hotel.

The pocket doors for the bathrooms not functioning was not a great surprise. The extra potato salad in the fridge, while funny, did raise questions about the efficacy of the cleaning processes at this establishment. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but I would try a different hotel the next time we visit Columbus.

I think this might have been our favourite hotel on our motorcycle trip. This was our 12th night on our trip. Staff were extremely friendly, room was awesome.

Home2 Suites - Home Away From Home
My family and I had a great time while visiting Georgia. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well-kept. Your staff, oh my goodness, were amazing from providing fresh towels, water, directions, friendly conversations, and fresh coffee. I wish I could remember all their names, but I am not good at remembering names. Home2 Suites is a hotel I hope to stay at again soon. Thank you, The Parker Family

We had never stayed at a Home 2 Suite before, but plan on doing so in the future! The staff worked overtime to help us, the kitchen was wonderful and SO quiet! We loved it, thank you!

Pleasant stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a beeping noise that came on every night of my staying that was a bit annoying but other than that my stay was very pleasant.

Very nice and in a great location
Well when I got there at almost 4pm they didn’t have any rooms available and check-in was at 3pm. And there was a stain on the pillow case but other than that the room was very nice in a wonderful location. And the guy that checked me in was nice.

It like the spaciousness of the room. Nice place. I did not like the strong smell of Lysol. My allergies kick in with that smell.

Excellent location for resources we needed. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Had a slight issue with the wrong room that we booked but within 5 minutes the issue was resolved and we were moved into the correct room

Great place to stay!
I booked a 2 day stay for my Son's Basic training graduation. It was 12 miles from the base, and easily accessible to all the restaurants and activities. It is walking distance to a skating rink, movie theater and a family fun center. I could see it out my hotel window. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa.The room was an extended stay room with all the kitchen amenities you needed except a stove. The room was clean. The beds slept fine, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and they even had shower gel and shampoo on the shower wall for you to use.The breakfast was great. They had a great selection of breakfast items. The lighting in the parking lot was excellent. They served breakfast from 6am to 10am. There was a car dealership right next to it. I felt safe about my car not being broken into. The staff was friendly and accommodated all of my requests. I even asked them if I could have an extended check out time and they extended for another hour. I plan to stay here again in 3 months when my Son graduates from AIT school. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smelly and dirty stay
The hotel's lobby smelled terrible upon walk in (as if someone had left dirty diapers overnight). The tables appeared dirty as well. The trashcans near the elevators were overflowing. Once the elevators opened on my floor there was yet another overflowing trashcan with trash and some sort of liquid surrounding it. The room was ok but I doubted the cleanliness of it after what I walked through to get to it. I didn't think that this was an old property and tend to love the Hilton brand but this was just bad.

Everything was great except our room had a wooden sliding door for the bathroom. First of all, who thinks that’s a good idea???? Secondly the door when you try to close and lock it doesn’t line up with the latch on door jamb. We had to have someone hold the door from sliding open every time someone went in the bathroom. Very, very frustrating!!! I told the front desk about it after the first night we were there but nothing was done. This is an issue that had to be that way for a long time. Why wasn’t it addressed??? The General Manager sent me a request for a review of our stay and I told her about this issue. I never got a response from her. So simple to fix this frustrating issue but all it takes is someone to care enough.
