Army Family Owners who understands you may not know if your soldier will graduate until the week of. They have a wonderful cancellation policy. We had 10 people and a dog spend the night. Lots of room. I would have counted it as three bedrooms but lots of space. The first day was cold and we hosted a dinner party. With some creativity we sat 11 people in the dining room for dinner. The best part was the backyard. We hosted a graduation party lunch with 20 people. Everyone had a place to sit on the deck. The firepit was also very nice. The next day we had a big group of soldiers and again enjoyed the deck. Often I saw people using the front porch. Between the porch, deck and firepit our big group had lots of space and seating. We did need more than six parking spots when we had guests but I did not need to worry as parking was available on the street. Big beautiful bathrooms. The owners were incredibly responsive. They were great to deal with. We really appreciated the cancellation policy. We did not know until Sunday whether our soldier would be graduating. All the other VBROs that met our needs had to know two weeks in advance. The neighborhood was nice and our guests all appreciated Chik-fil-A at the end of the street. Easy and fast to get to Ft Benning. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Ft. Benning. Thank you. Oh, the only con, we had no trick or treaters Halloween night and we had to eat our bowl of candy all by ourselves.
