Coin-operated and app-based laundry available in the building. Please bring your own detergent. It is not provided.



The Neighborhood:

This property sits in Southeast Columbus, between Midtown and Fort Moore. Close enough to the post for a quick drive, far enough that the neighborhood is quiet and residential when you come home.



A short drive away:

- The Columbus Riverwalk along the Chattahoochee River, one of the best urban whitewater rivers in the country, with public access for kayaking and rafting

- Coca-Cola Space Science Center

- Columbus State University

- Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown hospital

- Historic Westville

- Downtown Columbus restaurants and bars

- Publix, Walmart, Kroger, and other grocery options within a 10-minute drive



Southeast Columbus is car-dependent. A vehicle is strongly recommended for any trip. Rideshare availability can be inconsistent, especially during early morning training pickups.



Getting Around:

FOR FORT MOORE VISITORS



Cashe Gate (formerly Sand Hill, the primary gate for OSUT, AIT, RASP, and Ranger School graduations): approximately 15 minutes by car.



Plumley Gate (formerly Lindsey Creek, the main 24/7 entrance and the location of the Visitor Control Center for pass pickup): approximately 25 minutes.



Other access points (Pool, Grange, Childers): 15 to 22 minutes.



Apply for your Fort Moore visitor pass online before you travel. Passes are typically approved within minutes. The Visitor Control Center at Plumley is open 24 hours for pickup.



AIRPORTS



Columbus Airport (CSG): 7.5 miles, approximately 15 minutes.

Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL): approximately 1 hour 45 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

A few quick things to make your stay smooth:



- Sleeps 4 in real beds (king bed in the bedroom, king pull-out sofa in the living room). No air mattresses.

- Minimum age to book: 18.

- Children are welcome.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly not permitted anywhere on the property, including the patio. $500 cleaning fee applies if violated.

- No parties or events. This is a residential building and quiet hours apply.

- Coin-op and app-based laundry is in the building. Please bring your own detergent.

- Recent guests have especially appreciated our quick communication, the cleanliness of the unit, the proximity to base, and the quiet and calm of the complex.



CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM.



Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be accommodated, but they are not automatic, even if the booking platform shows them as a selectable option.



Approval depends on two things:

1. Availability. We have to confirm the cleaning schedule between guests.

2. Confirmation from us in writing.



If early check-in or late check-out is important to your trip, please message us BEFORE booking so we can check the calendar.



Once approved, the fee is sent via the platform's Resolution Center as a separate charge:



Early check-in:

- 3:00 PM: $30

- 2:00 PM: $40

- 1:00 PM: $50



Late check-out:

- 12:00 PM: $30

- 1:00 PM: $40

- 2:00 PM: $50



We've structured it this way so our cleaners have the time they need to deliver the unit at the standard you booked it at. Thank you for understanding.
