Questo nuovissimo 3BR, 2. 5 bagni casa offre uno spazio aperto piano piano soggiorno al piano di sotto, completo con cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, soggiorno con TV a grande schermo, giochi da tavolo e un garage per 2 auto che funge anche da sala giochi! Al piano superiore ha una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e altre due camere da letto con un angolo letto per un quarto letto! 11 minuti per Benning e meno di 15 minuti per il centro. Animali benvenuti! Wifi e tanti giochi per l'intrattenimento. Viste meravigliose e quartiere sicuro!

Questa casa è NUOVISSIMA! Dopo aver ospitato oltre 2.000 ospiti in altre proprietà nei dintorni di Columbus e Fort Benning, ci siamo resi conto che mentre alcune persone amano le vecchie dimore storiche, altre preferiscono il comfort e la comodità di una casa moderna. Abbiamo collaborato con un costruttore per costruire 3 nuove case che soddisfino in modo specifico le esigenze che i nostri ospiti hanno condiviso con noi! Questo è il più grande ed è stato completato nel marzo 2019! Dispone di 4 ampie camere da letto al piano superiore e due bagni, tra cui una master suite. Splendida vista sulle montagne a Fort Benning! Al piano inferiore c'è un ampio soggiorno e cucina aperti. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi di zecca e la cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il soggiorno ha un grande schermo TV, divano e futon che può servire come un altro letto. Sala da pranzo separata, E UNA FANTASTICA GAME ROOM IN GARAGE!

Questo è un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e sicuro. La maggior parte di tutte le famiglie sono famiglie militari in corso o in pensione. Il quartiere è in realtà in cima a una cresta che si affaccia su parte dell'area di allenamento di Fort Benning. Così vicino puoi sentire i soldati che chiamano la cadenza al mattino.

Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks stay!

Quiet, Clean, and Roomy

We stayed three nights while visiting Columbus. Our granddaughter was playing in the State softball playoff games. The house was perfect for an enjoyable stay. I definitely recommend this house to others.

Great house for soldiers and their families

This house was just what we needed when we traveled to Columbus to celebrate our soldier’s graduation from Ranger School. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

18 minutes from Fort Moore. The neighborhood was great. The house was clean and had a good setup. Plenty of space with all the family here. The back yard is a bit smaller than what I expected. I’m assuming they fenced in around the pool not the entire back yard maybe? Still had a great time outside. The garage wasn’t accessible at all which would have been great for the rainy days as there is no porches or covered areas and we unpacked in the rain. There’s plenty of gas stations and grocery store 5 minutes up the road. We had a great stay highly recommend this house.

Long Family Weekend

Booked this location due to location to base and the small pool for the kids. Kitchen area is large and was plenty of room for dinners at the house. The grill out back has seen better days.

Great location

We visited Columbus for a turning green ceremony at Fort Moore. This house is in a great location for visiting the base. House is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to a forest. Very peaceful and quiet but close to food and entertainment. We loved the house and the town of Columbus. Thank you for providing this home as a VRBO rental.

Perfect location to attend any ceremony at Fort Moore. Quick drive to the gates to attend ceremonies, many attractions within a 15 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants. The Patriot Family Homes property management team is very professional and all information was provided as promised with continued communication during and after the stay.

Great place for families

Perfect for our family weekend getaway. More than enough space for our family of 4. Could easily accommodate 2 small families or a larger family. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and proximity to activities.

Fort Moore Graduation

Property location was great as well as check in. Management Company needs to work on organization and client service. Was contacted if HVAC tech could come at noon for maintenance. I agreed. We waited until 2 and no one came so went to base. Upon return, there was a truck in drive and a couple techs with another man who represented management company. AC was off and we were told it would be several hours to repair and turn back on ac - there was nothing wrong with ac when we left. I attempted to engage property manager in conversation and he ignored me and then said I was drunk. No drinking had taken place - he was offensive. I called office and they sent someone else out but they only stated they would buy some window units until air back up. Stated they had been waiting for part and just came in. This caused our family cookout and swim party to be pushed back for several hours as no window units materialized Representative then stated would be bringing by gift basket next day to make up for inconvenience. I stated wasn’t necessary but Cassandra wanted to Got several emails about rep dropping off item but no one ever showed up over the next 2 days Query. Why is management company knowingly renting a property with faulty AC? Also, why so dirty?

Perfect location and size

This property has more room than the pictures give it credit. We had 7 adults and a 2 year old, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and perfectly located close to Fort Benning just like we wanted. I had read about the garage being a game room in the reviews (but not the listing), so I was a little disappointed BUT that was my own misunderstanding. The garage is now being used for storage and not accessible. The yard and weather were so nice that we spent most of our time outside anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

Turning green

We went to our sons turning green ceremony and wanted to have some extra space to hang out. The house was a manageable distance from ft Benning and was spacious for all 6 of us. We liked being able to be outside too.

Hot house! Washer didn’t work!

When enter the home it was so hot! It took about 24 hours and a Ac man to come out for it to cool off! There was a roach in the living room floor by the front door. There was also one up stairs in the nuck room area fell in the bed with my kids. The washer would work! That’s the main reason of renting the house is for the washer! There was only 6 towels in the house 3-4 wash rags! But yet the house sleep up to 10 people? Dishes was greasy and nasty! All the walls needs to be painted and the carpet is so nasty with stains everywhere! When walking up the stairs the wall moves! The master room smells like pee! The kids has bug bites! I have saw so many bug in this house. The door wouldn’t lock on numerous then one occasion! Bed are hard!

We had a great time at this VRBO. We were there for Turning Green Family Weekend. It was easy to get to base, we felt safe, place was clean, we could cook our own meals, and spread out for comfort. Thank you for providing a space like this. Go Army!

Great stay if you are visiting Ft. Benning!

Our family had a great time visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Benning! This home was clean, comfortable, and convienient. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definately be back next time we are in town!

Nice short getaway.

This property worked out great to see my son who is stationed at Fort Benning. It was nice to have a house instead of a hotel to make everyone feel at home. The house is a newer build and was clean.
