Hideaway Columbus a lungo termine! Animali domestici benvenuti!

Questo accogliente cottage vicino al fiume si trova nel cuore del quartiere storico. Spesso abbiamo ospiti che restano con noi per lunghi periodi, ma adoriamo anche ospitare persone per soggiorni più brevi. Con un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, la casa può ospitare 4 persone. Amiamo i proprietari di cani, quindi i tuoi amici pelosi sono i benvenuti. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Griglia, materasso memory foam, asciugamani, lenzuola, TV 50 ", WiFi e Roku inclusi. Un sacco di parcheggio e raggiungibile a piedi al fiume e in centro. 15 minuti per Bennning. La proprietà è completamente arredata con tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni sia di breve che di lunga durata.


La casa stessa è un duplex storico con soffitti di 14 piedi, pavimenti in legno originali e un camino nel soggiorno (purtroppo solo decorativo ora a causa di codici antincendio). Soggiorno con TV e divano letto. Wifi in tutta la casa.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e offre molto spazio per preparare i pasti.

Il bagno è stato ridipinto e aggiornato.

La camera da letto è nella parte posteriore con un letto queen-size con materasso memory foam. Include anche un armadio, hangar, asse da stiro e ferro da stiro. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono nell'unità, pure.

Un sacco di parcheggio lungo il lato della casa.

La casa è un duplex, quindi ci saranno altri ospiti dall'altra parte, ma ogni parte è completamente separata e completamente attrezzata. Siamo sempre disponibili se avete bisogno di noi, ma avrete un codice di porta in modo che possiate entrare e uscire a vostro piacimento per assicurarvi la massima flessibilità e privacy.

Host was ok older home fairly clean, shower didn't work properly, heater was good it was cold on our stay, had to leave a day early gave notice on first day scheduled that i was going to leave early would'n give a refund because of my wife's health.

The listing stated a washer and dryer, so we packed accordingly, and there wasn't. Bathroom wall next to the toilet looked like someone had diarrhea and splashed the wall. The bed is like a hammock on the left side.

This property was clean, adequately stocked, and smelled as fresh as humanly possible. The location was excellent. Just a few blocks from the downtown scene and quiet enough to get revitalized for the many excursions and adventures my wife and I were able to make lasting memories. Thank you Joe and Rachel we'll be back for sure !

Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend getaway in Columbus for our anniversary. The duplex is located away from the traffic of downtown but within walking distance. We walked to the riverfront, the market, and restaurants. Thanks for a great time!

Nice enough, but not fancy

My wife and I brought our dog and stayed at this property for a weekend. It was pet friendly and located near to where we needed to be. The neighborhood was nice for walking the dog and checking out the many historic homes.The property itself was fine but not fancy. I’m not in the business of renting a home of my own, nor have I ever taken my dog to stay in a VRBO property before, but perhaps this is the standard for pet-friendly properties. Laminate flooring with no rugs of any kind makes sense when you consider that dogs can be messy, but it doesn’t make for a very homey feel. That being said, the bed was fine, and everything was quite clean, even if the finishes were a bit dated. The WiFi worked well, and the smart TV had access to several streaming services. I do have to say that the team at the office was excellent. We got back from walking our dog on our checkout day to realize that the lock had automatically reset at 10 AM, locking us out with our luggage inside. When I called, they were very polite and helpful and were able to remotely unlock the door so that we could grab our belongings and go. Much appreciated!

Great for Trails!

We spent a few days here following a military graduation. It puts you close to downtown food, river, and trail access points. I’d say if you’re not spending a lot of time inside this is the spot. Great price point!

Duplex Columbus

Great stay for a few nights. Overall cleanliness was good. Ease of access was good. Communication with property manager was amazing!! I am a contractor by trade so I noticed small stuff, but we all have imperfections.

Poor Experience

I completed all documentation upon reservation and was denied access to enter house until a few hours after checkin in time. I heard nothing from individual(s) in regards to needing any documentation (that was already submitted a month or two in advance) or information for checkin until after I went through hours trying to find someway/somehow to contact individuals responsible for access and wait for a response. Very disappointing experience. Once arrived, I had to smash bugs just inside the door upon entering house after a 10 hour drive to get there. Some doors in house would not close all the way or wouldn’t open all the way to enter bedroom due to warped flooring. Kitchen was so dim that I needed a flashlight to see. There were warning notes on toilet about poor plumbing issues that shouldve been repaired before having guests stay. This was a terrible experience and outrageously priced for such a poor experience!

Jazz and Relaxation

We had a great stay in Columbus. There is a Bread and Breakfast or something across the street that had live music when we got to the house. It was great to relax and listen to some great music after a long drive.

Supplies I Expected

Although dealing with a serious personal matter, our host did everything she could to accommodate our requests. There are a few things she should not have had to deal with. No linens for pullout sofa or sufficient bath linens. Kitchen supplies were not sufficient for the weekend. Had we stayed the entire 3 days I would have had to purchase dish soap & paper towels. We plan to return to Ft Benning & will most likely still stay with you again. We prefer 402 2nd Ave. & we appreciate everything that Erika did to make our stay comfortable

Loved the neighborhood

The house was located in a very nice neighborhood, perfect for walking my dogs. It is a very basic set up, no amenities. There was a coffee pot but no coffee cups. Luckily we brought our own coffee pot and travel mugs. I was surprised there was no microwave. The bed is too short. My husband loved the big TV though to watch the football game and it had plenty of channels. For what we needed it was fine and we got to bring our dogs with us.
