The Codebase is located on the 1st floor in Apt #2 near the guest lounge entrance— which makes it super convenient for grabbing snacks 🍿, joining coworking sessions, or chatting with fellow nomads 😄👫💬



That said, you might catch the occasional keyboard clack, hallway convo, or passionate rant about semicolons 😅



We’ve stocked earplugs & enforce quiet hours to help keep things focused and restful during your next deep work sprint 💻

🚗 How Parking Works



There are 3 parking options(+ a couple savvy tips) we have to share:



1. Street Parking permit (best)

— $25, 1-time, to submit we need your make/model/year/color for car as well as plate to make the permit thru the city.

— allows you to park anywhere on the street that says “SNA PERMIT EXEMPT”



2. Metered street parking

— Best for quick parking, there is a 3 hour max which makes it frustrating to keep up with.

— Read the street sign where you parked for payment instructions.



3. Parking Garage

— Rates start at ~$25/day, & go up depending on demand. Here’s 4 garages in walking distance.

— The LAZ Joseph Garage(33 W Russell St)

— The Short North Parking Garage(720 N Pearl St)

— The Hubbard Parking Garage(30 E Hubbard Ave)

—The Goodale Parking Garage(66 E Goodale St)



Other tips:

— The parking lot inside of goodale park (across street) is free for 3 hours during daylight hours.

— Street parking on buttles ave is free on sundays

Just a friendly note: The Codebase Studio is right next to the guest lounge and workspace — which means you’re close to all the action… and maybe a little background “clickety-clack” of keyboards ⌨️, friendly coder chatter 💬, and the occasional excited bug hunt 🐞.



You might hear some footsteps 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, casual convos 🗣️, or a passionate rant about missing semicolons ❗(it’s a thing). We provide earplugs 🎧 & enforce quiet hours just in case— but most guests say it adds to the experience!
