The Space:
As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home in the cozy ambiance of this quaint abode. The main level boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom for added convenience, a welcoming living room perfect for relaxation, and a well-appointed kitchen with a charming dining area - ideal for gathering together and creating cherished memories.

Venture upstairs to discover the spacious second bedroom, offering a queen bed on one side and a twin bed on the other, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate various preferences. The lower level beckons with its own private retreat, complete with a tranquil bedroom featuring a convenient desk space, an egress window, and a luxurious full bathroom boasting a walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.

The living room seamlessly transitions to the deck and side yard, offering a serene outdoor oasis perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather or letting your furry friends frolic in the sunshine.

Located in a serene and peaceful neighborhood, the Blue Bungalow offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still being within walking distance of a selection of restaurants and just moments away from a sprawling park, perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics with loved ones.

With its charming ambiance, convenient amenities, and prime location, the Blue Bungalow invites you to experience the best of Columbus living. Whether you're exploring the city's vibrant attractions or simply unwinding in the comfort of your temporary home, this delightful retreat promises a memorable stay for all who enter its welcoming doors.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, and outdoor space. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles on the West side of the house. There is also free street parking in front of the house for 2 vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
We love the Beechwald area and would be happy to assist you to find anything you should need.

Where to go? : One thing I love about this house is how close you are to the freeway and accessible to all of Columbus. This location also has some places close by such as:

Grocery and Carry out: Kroger’s at Graceland Shopping center, and Fresh Thyme market.

Coffee: Tim Hortons on High Street, or Starbucks at Kroger's.

Restaurants: Our favorite restaurant in this spot is Villa Nova. An italian place with a family atmosphere. We also really like Over-the-counter. Also, don't miss the chance for pizza and live music at Natalie's coal fired pizza, or the speakeasy cocktail lounge below it called Light of 7 matchsticks.

Other Activities: There is a park call Park of Roses just south on High Street. You are also not far from the Columbus Zoo, or the Hollywood Casino! If you head north about 20 minutes that is a great park for hiking called High Banks Metro Park. Also, you can just take a jog or walk east about a mile or so and arrive at The Olentangy river trail, and another park!

Getting Around:
You can catch a public transport bus (COTA) on High Street or a 12 minute walk from our house.

Uber and Lyft are great from our house as well!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
