Questa nuovissima casa 4BR 2. 5 bagno sul retro di un quartiere nuovo e sicuro offre open space spazio di vita al piano di sotto con cucina completamente attrezzata e elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, sala da pranzo, soggiorno, bagno e garage per 2 auto! Al piano superiore dispone di 4 camere da letto e due bagni. Solo 11 minuti a Fort Benning e solo 15 minuti dal centro di Columbus! Animali benvenuti!

Questa casa è NUOVISSIMA! Dopo aver ospitato oltre 2.000 ospiti in altre proprietà nei dintorni di Columbus e Fort Benning, ci siamo resi conto che mentre alcune persone amano le vecchie dimore storiche, altre preferiscono il comfort e la comodità di una casa moderna. Abbiamo collaborato con un costruttore per creare 3 nuove case che soddisfino in modo specifico le esigenze dei nostri ospiti! Appena completato nel marzo 2019, questa casa vanta 4 ampie camere da letto e due bagni al piano superiore, tra cui una master suite. Al piano inferiore c'è un ampio soggiorno e cucina a pianta aperta. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi di zecca e la cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il soggiorno ha un grande schermo TV, divano e futon che può servire come un altro letto. Il vialetto è ripido, ma è possibile parcheggiare nel garage per 2 auto se qualcuno lotta per risalire una ripida collina.

Questo è un quartiere tranquillo per famiglie composto principalmente da membri militari in corso e in pensione e dalle loro famiglie. Ottimo posto!

Spacious and excellent location

Plenty of space for our diverse group of 10. Everyone had a bed, and it was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and use the outdoor grill. We were in town for a graduation at Fort Moore and this was the perfect little drive to and from the base.

Very responsive management

Management responded rapidly to every issue. The property was decently priced and in a good location. However, this is a very basic and sparsely furnished home- no frills. No dressers, one TV in the entire home, and most things are threadbare and in need of updating, repair, or paint/cleaning. However, we had plenty of dishes! We had brought extra silverware (only a few forks there) and pots but the house was well stocked. The home was a good deal for the price and unlike most managed properties we’ve stayed in- the Patriot folks were on it, even over a holiday-to address concerns. The backyard space was fun for the kids. A mop and vacuum would be very helpful in the house! Kitchen was big and I sat up a folding 6 ft table in there for serving soldiers Thanksgiving. If you need a basic space for a good price in Columbus- this is a good bet because management is dependable.

Surprise surprise

We visited Columbus for a softball tournament. I had 10 guys stay in the house. Everything was really nice until we opened the garage door…….. The garage was covered in dog crap everywhere. If that isn’t enough, there was an old dog food bowl full of rotten food with mold growing in it. Unbelievable that the house keeper didn’t smell it, much less even check the garage.

Stay was ok, but room for improvement

The rooms looked like their pictures, but that was about the only part that was what it seemed. We got there and the up stairs air was not on and it was 80+. Took several hours for temp to come down. In the bathrooms the tubs did not drain well, there was not sufficient hot water, and water pressure was poor. One of the bed frames was leaning and about to fall apart. There were several dirty dishes. There were quite a few stuff marks and other dirt on the wall. The Tv did not work or was not hooked up correctly. We were disappointed as this was to be a special trip for us. Would not stay there again.

The house was PERFECT! We were visiting our home town and wanted something with a lot of space. The owners were very accommodating, and it was so clean and relaxing. It felt like being at home away from home. We hope to be able to rent this house for our family every time we come home to visit.

The house had everything we needed for the comforts of home! Close to Ft. Benning which was absolutely wonderful for us! The management team communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Thank you for the great memories!

Awesome property!

Great house in a great location. Very close to Ft Benning main gate l and easy access to rest of city. House was clean with a good layout. Only thing to be aware of is driveway is steep. We just used the garage.

Huge kitchen & comfortable beds

Pros- beds are all very comfortable, large kitchen w/huge pantry, plenty of towels & washer/dryer on site. 20 minutes to Fort Benning. Cons - could use more kitchen items like, Tupperware, drink pitcher (we bought & left it), waffle iron/griddle, crockpot. Pet friendly but needs a fenced in back yard. Extra couch to sleep on is rather uncomfortable. More seating in living room.
