“In my reviews, I ALWAYS consider the type of facility, location, any "stars" associated with it and of course the price ! Also this time, the WB's rule has not failed. Helpful reception, clean and spacious room. Also the bathroom was satisfying. We spent a really resting night in really comfortable beds. The breakfast is a bit limited, if I compare it with standard BW level. Never mind, I surely can recommend this motel.”

“Our room was large, like a suite, very fresh & clean with nice bedside lighting features. Comfortable king bed. Only item that could be better is the startlingly loud power flush of the toilet. Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night. Very nice breakfast/ lounge area with extensive selections. Coffee could be better. Appreciated a map & guide for Brownwood in the room. “The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were firm and soft pillows on the bed. The housekeeper needs to pay some more attention to the ceilings, walls, and windows. Splatter on the wall next to the toilet, orange handprint next to the entryway hall mirror, cobwebs on ceiling, fingerprints and handprints on headboard and window. The door stopper on the bathroom door was missing and the sink stopper as well. There were no stir sticks for the in-room coffee. Overall I would go back...

“Smelled like cheese on the second floor”

“Rude. Very loud cursing argument in hall between hotel room cleaners and maintenance man. Cleaning cart left in center of isle on two occasions and was not able to pass with my wheeled walker until my wife moved it. I have chosen La Quinta on dozens of previous stays.Always very pleased . “Our stay was short but enjoyable. We booked two rooms and had an issue with one. There were dried dead bugs under the air conditioner and live crawling, large water bugs in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work. The other room was great. With that being said, the staff are amazing!!! We did address the issues and the staff was more than willing to correct the issues. Thank you the the staff at the hotel for the personable interaction and willingness to accommodate. We will return.”
