“Check-in was smooth and the first impression of the hotel was very positive. When I entered the room, it was newly decorated, modern, and looked fantastic. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long. As soon as I used the bathroom, I found toilet paper stuck to the walls, along with numerous hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. When I checked the bed, I also found two hairs in it. These certainly weren’t mine, as I’m bald. I immediately reported this to reception, expecting the...

“Nous avons pris une option demi-pension incluant boisson et spa, c'était TOP . La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français.”
