“Difficult to find as none of the signs matched the one on Hotels.com. Damaged tiles in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in bedroom. Sloping ceiling meant we could only use half the room. Cuenca was lovely!”

“We had a fantastic week. Hotel has every service you might need. Rooms are clean, they have a Cook, private parking, vending machines with everything you might need... But most of all I enjoyed the courtesy of the employees, Always kind and smiling. If you want ti stay here you need to have a car due to the position. There are taxis outside anyway. Will come here again for sure!”

“Absolutely beautiful place very clean staff really friendly. Easy check in only down site no tea or coffee facilities in the room but we were only there for one night. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked and smelt amazing. Drank in the bar and drinks were very reasonable price would stay there again”
