“Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. “I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. I only could get a receipt and not an invoice. This is the last time that I will reserve tghrough Expedia when you are not able to provide me an invoice in IItaly for my Italian Company.
