“We had a wonderful stay while attending a wedding at watermouth cove. The view from our room was incredible, the room was super spacious and comfortable and the hospitality from Chris including a very hearty and delicious breakfast was superb. It’s also in a beautiful quiet location right next to a cove where you can walk and swim.”

“Moorlands is set in beautiful grounds with stunning views. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast selection. Our room was quite small but extremely clean. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

“Inchecken ging moeizaam. We moesten borg betalen terwijl de kamer vooraf betaald was. De borg zou verrekend worden met het eten. Maar bleek niet mogelijk te zijn. Waardoor we dat direct moest betalen in de restaurant/bar. Kamer/badkamer was schoon en groot. Er was geen airconditioning wat jammer was gezien dat heel erg warm was. Er was een ventilator op de kamer die hopeloos was. Er was genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Personnel was vriendelijk.”

“Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and tub, very welcome after traveling on the train. Tea and coffee was available in the room, which was most appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were always friendly and accommodating.”

“Clean, modern and spacious lodges with (very hot!) hot tubs. Good facilities and plenty of activities on site, although most aimed at older children/adults. Restaurant offering was limited for those with dietary requirements but shop stocked the essentials and lodges had all you need to self-cater. Would recommend and go again.”
