“This hotel is in a secluded and beautiful spot in the Quantocks. The room was lovely, and we had an amazing night's sleep because it was completely quiet. Also, there is ample parking, and it is dog-friendly.
The continental breakfast is included in the price, and it was very good, with lots of choices.

Dog friendly with a nice walk across the road through surrounding fields. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. “We were on a cycling trip from Lands End to John O'Groats and this was not far off the route. Good value accommodation. Breakfast was excellent but the hotel does not offer an evening meal on most nights. Plenty options in town though. Staff were friendly and the pub in the hotel was friendly too. Safe and secure storage for the bikes was provided too.”
