“We had a double king room. Was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room. I have a problem with dry eyes and need to heat up an eye compress and had to do it in the public area. Someone had made popcorn in there before I put my compress in and made it smell like burnt popcorn! I also drink tea and brought my own tea bags but had Togo downstairs to use the microwave for that all three nights of our stay.”

“Air conditioner was not controlled by thermostat, either on the unit or on the wall. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Both thermostats were set in the low 60s, and the temperature only occasionally got down close to 70 degrees. If the unit had been responding to thermostat settings, it would have felt frigid in the room. I reported the problem; the only change was that someone had changed a switch setting on the wall thermostat--which didn't help.
