Appartamenti a Como

“Our stay was fantastic, the property has a great location, it's clean, convenient and service is top. I would highly recommend it.”

“Great location, great view and the welcome bottle of prosecco was fabulous.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. I had a confirmed reservation and paid for my stay, but on the day of check-in, I was told that there had been a “change in their reservations” and that I would no longer be able to stay. The biggest issue is that they had already taken my money, canceled my stay at the last minute, and then refused to provide me with a refund. This left me having to deal with the situation and find another place to stay despite having already paid for a confirmed reservation. I...

“Location excellent, 5 stars with views across lake and able to sit on balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the small boats coming and going at the jetty. Very hot when we stayed but the Aircon in all rooms was very efficient, and the windows were excellent at keeping any street noise out, a good undisturbed nights sleep. The property was a little worn and would benefit from some update and maintenance in places, but had all you needed and owner was very responsive.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The views were incredible and one of the highlights of our time at Lake Como. The home was very clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The location was ideal for us. Being in Pescallo allowed us to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds in central Bellagio, while still being onlly about a 10 minute walk from shops, restaurants and the ferry area. We found it to be the perfect balance of...

“I've been there twice before. I hope there will be the third”

“The service and the incessant messages prior to check-in left a bad impression. Firstly they forgot to charge us a cleaning fee and charged us separately for it. After that was a message regarding uploading our personal documents - which was acceptable. Finally they even asked for a video call to verify my identity. The entire process was so tedious with message after message on various payments, documents and calls to be made. I was boarding a flight and could not entertain their video call and...
