This vibrant, newly renovated apartment in the historical centre of Como has everything you need for a great stay: a bright double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and underfloor heating are provided. The flat is perfectly located in the very centre of Como, just a short walk away from Duomo and Lake Como. There is parking available nearby. Perfect for a short or long stay.

Location was great, accommodation was ok, shower was not working properly, the jacuzzi is nice. Check in was a problem I did not get the check-in instruction before my arrival, even when i finished the online check in process. During our stay the key of the main door was replaced, we were messaging and calling for 2 days to get someone to come over to handover the new keys. In the meantime, we had to wait for someone in the building to either open the door for us or leaving/ entering the apartmentcomplex, which was very annoying and really affected our experience.

It was a very convenient location. It was easy to get to the other areas of Como, including the train and the boats for on the Lake travel. We will consider this unit on return trips to the area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Lake Como in this apartment. The apartment was a good size for two people. It was clean and centrally located. Communication prior to checking in was a little slow but on check in day ,the lady was there at the time we arranged and was very helpful with information. My only comment would be and it’s not neccessarily a negative comment ...is the shower hose in the bathroom over the bath ! It would be better if an attachment could be placed further up the wall so that you can actually have a shower without getting water all over the floor and door......and more beneficial for the owner as well ....as the door is going to be ruined . All in all we loved this apartment and would definitely recommend !

It was the cleanest, loveliest high end apartment that was in the best location. Only issue was during booking and collecting the key it was very stressful as it was hard to get hold of anyone, when we did speak to them they were very friendly. It was a letting agency. However I did communicate with them through home and away, they were incredible helpful. When we arrived there was a list of very high charges if anything went wrong i.e. the recycling wasn't done right or the kitchen wasn't clean, so we made sure all of this was in order, which we would have done anyway.

Perfect location by lake Como, duomo, restaurants and shops galore. Decently appointed kitchen for take home eating, but real cooking would be a bit more difficult (needed mixing bowls and cutting knives), and no microwave. Tv in sitting room but not in bedroom, if you care about that. WiFi was good. Jacuzzi tub with hand held shower head with no method to attach to wall for stand up shower. You can get by, just not what u are used to in USA. Loved the location, property manager was super nice and helpful. Would stay here again just for location and comfort of the apartment. Have to say, adding glass around tub and shower head on the wall would make this a hands down superior unit!

I've stayed at this apartment for 5 nights while visiting Como for a conference. The apartment is very modern and very clean. The only way the location could be better is they rented you a room in Duomo (the central cathedral) ;-)) This apartment is half a block away from Duomo, central plaza, all shops and restaurants, and an easy 5 minute walk to the water front. The main issue I had with my stay was the internet connection which is provided via a mobile (cellular) device. The internet kept going in and out and was very frustrating as I was there on business and needed a reliable wifi connection. My other smaller complaints would be that there is a levazzo coffee machine, but cartridges are not provided - you have to go to the store to buy them. Also, the hand-held shower head was a bit awkward to use and there was no hook to attach on the wall so that you could take a good shower - this is probably fairly common in Europe. Lastly, the apartment could really benefit from some smaller lamps for reading,etc. I personally do not like overhead bright chandeliers and prefer more directional light. Otherwise the apartment was very nice and in the most perfect location possible in Como.
